Just a quick reminder that ‘Star Boy’ begins this week.

We can’t wait to hear about your interests or where you have been recently or what you have done.

Please refer to the list on the window to see when it is your turn to be ‘Star Boy’.

 

The boys have been very busy this week. We have been working on numbers 0 – 3. As you can see from our photographs some of the boys have written numbers beyond this during their child initiated activity time. The boys have been working together on a large display. Can you guess what our display will be from the colours used?

Linked with our theme of ‘All About Me’, Miss Thomas has asked the boys to create self portraits in their Computing lessons using 2Paint. The self portraits are very colourful and life like!

This week we have started our phonic work. We are singing the songs that accompany the phonics. This week we have covered ‘s’, ‘a’ and ‘t’. If you would like to sing them with your sons please use the link below

 

We are now very busy getting to know each other. It was wonderful to welcome our last group of boys on Wednesday. Even though we are only here until 12.30 at the moment there is always a lot of activities going on. The boys have also been enjoying our Lochinver lunches.

 

We hope you had an enjoyable and relaxing summer. We are very much looking forward to a new and exciting term ahead. We are eager to get to know you all. We welcome our first group of boys tomorrow.
