Christmas Homework

In your book bags today you will find a red and green letter with some activity ideas to help the boys over the Christmas holiday. We have also sent home two reading books to read alongside any other story books or library books you may have.

Book bags do not need to come into school tomorrow.

You might like to re visit some of the games I have posted on here over previous weeks. Here is a link to some Christmas games that should be fun to play!

A Busy Day

This morning the Reception boys were able to visit the Lochinver Building Site! After months of watching the building work we were able to go and have a look around the new classrooms. They look great and the boys cannot wait to start having their ICT lessons in the new computer room.

This afternoon two groups of Year 8 boys came to teach Reception French! There are definitely some budding teachers in the making as the Reception boys quickly picked up the French names for animals and colours.

Christmas Giving Tree

DSC09902

The boys in Pre Prep have been working hard on their contributions for the Christmas Giving Tree. It is looking beautiful. Please come and have a look at all the contributions. The tree is by Mrs Laws office in the Salter Block.

It’s not too late to bring in your card or decoration, anytime this week will be fine. As you will be saving money by not sending individual cards  you may like to make a small donation to the Head Boy’s Charities?
