Merry Christmas

We had fun learning about ordinal numbers this week, racing cars and labelling them.

Christmas lunch was delicious, followed by our exciting party. We danced, made snowflakes, paper chairs and Christmas cones and played lots of fun games!

A great first term! The boys should be very proud of themselves, it is so lovely to see them flourishing and taking pride in all that they do at school. Now time for a good rest and lots of festive fun with family and friends. Merry Christmas, we look forward to seeing you in the New Year!

When you have found the shapes, count the corners and edges.

Good luck shape hunting!

Aladdin, baubles and The Snowman

We started off a very special week with a show in the theatre. The boys enjoyed singing, dancing and joining in with the pantomime phrases during the story of Aladdin.

Then on Tuesday, Mrs Wineburg and Mrs Kapterian from the PTA visited our classroom and helped us to make Christmas baubles. This activity will be available at the Christmas fayre and the boys can also buy their bauble during the Christmas fayre.

The boys really impressed Miss Gouldthorpe, Mrs Perry and Miss Barr this week with their writing about The Snowman. Come and see our lovely snowman display upstairs in the Pre Prep library!

Have a great time at the fayre!

Don’t forget to wear your Christmas jumpers or onesies on Wednesday.

No Star boy or weekly challenge next week, we will continue after Christmas.
