We worked on recognising the different digraphs we have learnt so far, along with reading and writing words. We made our own little books.

Don’t forget to wear something inside out on Monday and bring in a small breakfast to eat in class.

Happy 2020!

The boys came back into school with lots of energy and excited to share all their news from the Christmas holidays!

We started with a whole school assembly with Mr Walker, he talked to the boys about how ‘it’s okay not to know but it’s not okay not to try’. He encouraged the boys to think about their goals for the year ahead!

This half term we are focussing on encouraging the boys to be ‘curious’, just like Charlie the Cat (one of our Super Learner characters). We have discussed how asking questions and being observant can help us learn.

We spoke about our New Year’s resolutions and thought about something new we would like to try this year.
