We had a lovely last week together!

We went pond dipping and found lots of bugs and even found a newt!

We enjoyed a fun filled afternoon on Wednesday.

We hope you have a fantastic summer, you all deserve a restful, fun break. We are so proud of you and your many achievements throughout the Reception year. We look forward to seeing you all in your new classes in September, don’t forget to give us a wave!

During Maths this week we have been recapping the names and properties of 2D and 3D shapes. We made patterns and pictures with the shapes.

We enjoyed running races, balancing games and ball games during Welly time.

On Wednesday the boys visited their new classroom and met Miss Roddis and Mrs Curran. We have been discussing the different things we are looking forward to and any worries we may have.

The boys were amazing when filming their play ‘Shark in the Park’. They used their loud voices, sang beautifully and looked very professional throughout the performance. A big well done!

We had a fabulous sports day! We participated in many different races: running, egg and spoon, sack, jumping and throwing. The boys cheered for each other and showed true team spirit throughout the morning.
