The Maths Challenge this week is:
Roll a 1-6 die, count the number of spots on the die and place this number on your fingers. Next add 1,2 ,3 or 4 to that number using your remaining fingers. Finally record your findings as a number sentence. To extend this further, place a number between 10-19 in your head. You need to remember to ‘lock’ this in your head and then add a single digit number by counting on using your fingers.
